Shipping policy

We currently ship orders within the continental United States. If you are outside this area and interested in a product, please contact us at info@stottsbicycles.com and we will let you know if shipping is possible. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days.

Custom builds, large items, or high-volume periods may require additional processing time, and we will notify you if we expect any delays.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.

Accessories and apparel ship via standard ground services, while complete bicycles may ship via freight or specialty carriers due to their size and handling requirements.

Bicycles require additional packaging and may take slightly longer to prepare; some bikes may arrive partially assembled and require professional setup. 

If you prefer local in-store pickup or professional assembly, please contact us. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for lost packages, delivery delays, or fees resulting from incorrect addresses.

If your order shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

If your shipment arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and item and email us at info@stottsbicycles.com within 10 days so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
