Return Policy

We accept returns on most accessories and apparel within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact, and you must provide proof of purchase. To start a return, email info@stottsbicycles.com. Do not send items back without contacting us first; unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind or incorrect-size returns, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made an error or your item arrived defective or damaged, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or issue a prepaid label.

Bicycles have a more limited return eligibility. We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or preference-related reasons once a bike has been purchased or ridden. We want you to feel confident in your choice, and our team is here to help you make the most informed decision possible—please call us with any sizing questions or product details before ordering. Bicycle returns are only considered for verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage. If your bike arrives damaged or appears defective, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the issue, the box, and relevant details so we can evaluate and assist.

We do not accept returns on custom builds, special orders, cut or installed parts, used components, or items marked as final sale. Gift cards are also non-returnable. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our condition standards or that arrive damaged due to improper packing.

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@stottsbicycles.com.
