The first step to achieving great suspension is selecting the correct spring. Öhlins offers a wide range of 7 fork spring rates for the DH38, ensuring a proper ride regardless of the rider's weight, speed, or terrain.

• Only intended for use in the Ohlins DH38 fork
• 40 lbs/in spring rate intended for riders weighing between 140 lbs to 160 lbs
• Travel range is 130mm-180mm
• Has three colored bands to identify spring rate (40 lbs/in has yellow bands)
• 212 mm of actual stroke
• 408 mm (+/- 4mm) free length
• 18.5 mm I.D. / 4.3 mm wire diameter
